If you’ve watched Marie Antoinette (2006) by Sofia Coppola, you can’t forget the light whipped pastel colors, the indie rock kind of music, and Kirsten Dunst as the revolutionary queen. Or, rather, you can certainly forget the queen part, but you probably still remember the heroine part of the film. Probably, you still remember the song and dance shoes montage. If you are extremely astute, you might remember something that looks like a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors in the middle of a five-star breakfast in Versailles.

These sneakers showcase rainbow colors prominently, which are widely recognized as a symbol of LGBTQ+ pride. The rainbow flag, originally designed by artist Gilbert Baker in 1978, represents the diversity and unity within the LGBTQ+ community. Each color in the flag has its own significance, such as red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight. Also green for nature, blue for harmony, and purple for spirit.

The colorful uppers features the classic rubber sole present on most Converse Chuck Taylors.

Newly added to our celebrities-who-loves-to-wear-Converse list is one of New Moon’s lead stars Taylor Lautner, also known as Jacob Black, the sweet and hottie member of New Moon wolf pack. I am not a fan but Taylor did pretty good in New Moon as oppose to what others say. I mean not just with the taking-of-shirt-off moments but I do think he can act.  I’ve seen him act in some movies and TV series before his New Moon break and I see it that he can act well.

Taylor Lautner is seen at a Best Buy store in Los Angeles last May 23 (photos by Just Jared Jr.). The rising hunkie star is said to have bought a copy of a PS3 game NHL ’08 from the store. Sounds teenager… Well, what else would catch our eyes aside from Taylor’s handsome looks in these photos? The black leather Converse All Star chucks he is wearing, of course!
